Better breathing is often discussed. But the reasons behind the WHY better breathing is good is often not. In this course we discuss both the physiological and biomechanical contributions different breathing has on the body and, then as an extension, the mind. We start with a discussion of different breathing patterns, then go into the anatomy and biomechanics of breathing and finally finishing with practical exercises you can start immediately. We will touch on how breathing effects neck pain, back pain and digestion.
